Bazaar at UMC in Manteo, Saturday 11/7

I received the following information about a Bazaar to be held at the United Methodist Church in Manteo, NC tomorrow, Saturday, 11/7. It sounds like a lot of fun and the offerings are quite nice as well. Check it out!

"I hope you are all planning to come out to the Bazaar Saturday at Mount Olivet UMC in Manteo and in particular the AUCTION....we have some great items this year including a RARE original watercolor entitled UP and AWAY by Mabel Evans Jones.....the first female State Superintendent of Public Instruction of NC.....great NC Historical value here. In addition we have several original works of art by Sally Scarborough, George Cheeseman, Rose Skinner, Stephanie Ruhle and more. We also have some fine jewelry including a diamond and emerald ring valued at $600. We have lots of gift certificates to restaurants, NC Aquarium, SeaTow, Golfing, BEACH HOUSE RENTALS, Movie tickets and so much more. We also have handmade quilts, afghans and an antique table, not to mention so many more items too numerous and diverse to mention....Come out and see....it only costs $1.00 to bid and free to look and we open at 9:30 and bidding ends at 12:30. You do need to be available between 1-2pm to pick up your items as ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP ON SATURDAY.

In addition to our fine Auction, we also have a fabulous white elephant and yard sale, not to mention great baked goods, all kinds of soups and FRESH home cooked Brunswick Stew cooked right out in the YARD! We also offer a nearly new clothing boutique, plant sale, and great Crafts that are to die for."
