Serendipity comes to Vacation Traditions!

We are so proud and excited to announce Hatteras Island's little piece of Hollywood is now manged by Vacation Traditions!

My mother, Marsha M. Brown, assisted the buyers, Ben and Debbie Huss, with the purchase of both the home itself and the oceanfront lot on E. Beacon Road in Rodanthe where Serendipity will reside. Due to the vulnerability of Serendipity's iconic location the only option to keep the romance alive as associated with the movie Nights in Rodanthe was to relocate the home. The Huss' will restore Serendipity back to the way it was in the movie complete with the infamous blue shutters and all. We will provide updates regularly on the move and restoration so stay tuned!
